Dear colleague “Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.” - Drucker ----- Happy holidays! December is an important month for the team at the Ghost CEO. We assess our achievements and the achievements of our clients. We look at what we participated in, the differences we were able to contribute towards, and the leveling of the playing field of business, that we are all committed to. Our company has grown leaps and bounds this year (adding 23 new coaches) and we wondered what we could do to give that one last push to our clients, colleagues and friends who make this business worth while. We decided to open up one of the internal documents that we use within the company. It is an assessment tool that leads your through examining what happened this year and what you hope to achieve next year. It's like having a mini-coaching session, but you are directing the session through answering the questions. It will remind you of how far you've come in the past 12 months and the work ahead. With this link, we are making available for a short time, this tool for you to use in your planning over the holiday season. It is in reflecting on past professional accomplishments so that you can chart a course for the new year. The link to our document is free and will be live until midnight on December 31, 2009. After that, the link won't work and the document unavailable. We encourage you to download the tool, print it out, get yourself a hot cup of coffee, a clean piece of paper, and some time to think. Think of what was, what could have been, and what will be. Encourage your colleagues, staff, and anyone else in your professional life to do the same. These tools have been empowering us since 2001 and we know they will do the same for you. The best to you and yours and we wish you a heathy, happy, and profitable 2010. The team at the Ghost CEO |
